We want to make sure everyone can feel comfortable when they come to Woolshops, see our facilities below.

Shopmobility

Age UK, who are based within the Woolshops, provide a Shopmobility service.

This service is open to anyone, young or old, whether their disability is temporary or permanent. You do not need to be registered disabled or resident in the area. You can hire for a few hours to do your shopping or you can rent longer term for holidays or recuperation.

You have a choice of:

  • Powered scooters for use in town
  • Small scooters that can fold up and fit into the boot of a car
  • Manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs
  • Wheeled walkers
  • Ramps

Accessible Toilets

The shopping centre does not maintain any toilets, however two of our retailers, M&S and Costa Coffee, have accessible toilets located within their stores.

Accessible Parking

The centre’s car park has 15 accessible parking bays for Blue Badge holders; these are located on the upper level of the car park adjacent to the pedestrian crossing leading into the mall. Please note that charges apply.

Hearing Loop

Our Customer Services window adjacent to the car park and Superdrug is fitted with an audio induction loop to assist our customers with reduced hearing range.

Guide Dogs

Guide or assistance dogs are welcome.

Don’t miss anything, public Wi-Fi is available at Woolshops , just connect to BTWifi-Woolshops when you arrive.

Parcels

You can use our secure YEEP! and InPost lockers for package collection or returns at Woolshops.
