Supervisor – Clintons

As a Supervisor you’ll form part of the Management Team. You’ll take an active part in motivating and leading the team to achieve sales targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the opening and closing of the store, cash handling and till management in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • To support the Store Management team and the Loss Prevention team in implementing loss prevention control to prevent internal/external theft and system errors
  • Responsible for running the store in the Managers absence
  • To drive the sales and profitability of the store obtaining outstanding results
  • To deliver exceptional customer service with in the store
  • To promote high visual merchandising standards ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved
  • To ensure products are well presented at all times
  • To assist with stock deliveries with responsibility for stock control and stock count in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • To maximise sales opportunities engaging the customer
  • To operate the till effectively and efficiently
  • To be a team player working together to meet and exceed store objectives
  • Strive for personal excellence in all you do

Availability across the working week including weekends, early mornings and late nights as contract required.

Availability to flex hours when workload requires this.
