For directions please speak to any member of the Woolshops Team or call at our Customer Services window adjacent to the car park and Superdrug.
Accessible Parking
The centre’s car park has 15 accessible parking bays for Blue Badge holders; these are located on the upper level of the car park adjacent to the pedestrian crossing leading into the mall. Please note that charges apply.
Hearing Loop
Our Customer Services window adjacent to the car park and Superdrug is fitted with an audio induction loop to assist our customers with reduced hearing range.
Guide Dogs
Guide or assistance dogs are welcome.
If you have any questions we haven’t answered here, please contact us.
Quiet Hour
On the last Sunday of every month, Woolshops Shopping Centre will be hosting a Quiet Hour from 11am – 12noon. A quiet hour creates a more welcoming environment for shoppers with autism. As part of this, store music will be turned off and in-store lighting will be dimmed. Please note that in some stores, this unfortunately isn’t possible.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyards
Please note that you are able to pick up a sunflower lanyard from the M&S till point at Woolshops. Wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower discreetly indicates to people around you including staff, colleagues and health professionals that you may need additional support, help or a little more time.
Staff in-store at M&S and at the Woolshops Customer Service team will recognise the symbol and know what it means, but they will not know what your individual need is, so if you are in need of something specific, please ask a member of our staff and they will do their best to help.
If you see a member of the public wearing a sunflower lanyard, please understand that they may need additional support, time or assistance. We ask all our shoppers to be kind and stay safe.
Customer Service Feedback Cards
We’ve launched a customer service feedback scheme at Woolshops Shopping Centre and we would love to hear about how you found your visit, so that we can help to improve our service and recognise individual team members work. Look out for the customer service team handing out feedback cards at the centre and please send your feedback to [email protected].
Email your feedback and you will be automatically entered into our quarterly draw to win a £50 Halifax Gift Card. Terms and conditions apply – please click here to view them.
